The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards have arrived and we’re simply over the moon.
Each year, the VMAs are packed with must-see pop culture moments, and this year will be no exception.
The one and only Megan Thee Stallion did double duty on Wednesday night, hosting and performing during the event at New York’s UBS Arena.

The VMAs kicked off with a performance from Eminem, before artists Chappell Roan, GloRilla, Sabrina Carpenter, Lenny Kravitz, LL Cool J and more took the stage later in the show.
Katy Perry received this year’s Video Vanguard Award, an honor she marked with a medley of her greatest hits.
Superstar Taylor Swift came into the show with the most chances to win and ended up leaving with seven shiny Moon Person trophies, including the coveted Video of the Year honor.
Hostess with the most Megan was the evening’s runner-up, snagging a pair of awards.
Originally scheduled for Sept. 10, the 2024 VMAs were pushed back one day to avoid conflicts with Tuesday’s presidential debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.
